What is Booming Seven?

Caesars is offering rooms at its Las Vegas properties discounted by up to 60% for stays through March 2027. The Caesars Palace operator is extending the five-day promotion to 9 am PT on Tuesday, Sept. 29.

Caesars is additionally offering $50 tickets for Josh Groban and Tim McGraw, $30 seats for Jeff Dunham, and 20-25% discounts on the High Roller Observation Wheel, Fly LINQ Zipline, and Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck.

“A great Vegas trip is about making the most of everything the city has to offer,” said Sean McBurney, chief commercial officer and regional president of Caesars Entertainment. “Whether that’s staying at an iconic resort, seeing a headliner, or taking in panoramic views from the High Roller, these offers bring together some of Las Vegas’ most memorable experiences at an exceptional value.”

On Tuesday, the CCT held a public hearing to discuss the project. Government and betting sector representatives participated in the debate and presented divergent positions on the proposed measures.

The approved text includes a series of restrictions on advertising for online betting and gambling:

Advertising prohibited: Direct or indirect marketing communication regarding betting on radio and television, newspapers, magazines, outdoor media, streaming services, podcasts, social networks, video platforms, apps, websites, blogs, forums, search engines and other internet environments is prohibited.

How to play Booming Seven

The Yahoo Finance prediction market section was taken out in April. The companies have now confirmed that the larger deal is also off, as reported by Bloomberg. 

Yahoo said Polymarket is still an advertising partner and suggested the two could collaborate on other projects in the future. Polymarket has not provided any public explanation for the end of the data partnership. 

The news comes as prediction market operators continue to form alliances with major media outlets. These deals allow news outlets to embed event contract data into their reporting and offer prediction platforms more visibility to investors and news audiences.
